Job summary
EDF power solutions North America is hiring Renewable Energy Technicians for onsite work at our Camp Grove site in Wyoming, IL. The role covers maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind, solar, storage, and related energy systems, with leadership elements across levels.
You will join a team focused on safe, reliable operations, system diagnostics, and continual performance optimization, with hands-on training and a strong safety culture in a dynamic field environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in renewable energy or electrical/industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work under supervision or with autonomy as role requires.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical-mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on renewable energy generators.
- Lead or support teams on routine tasks and 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory documentation accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols including LOTO and site risk assessments.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and performance evaluation of assets.
