Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer in Redmond, WA to build a maintenance and reliability program from the ground up for production equipment. This is a ground-up, program-building role focused on creating structure where none exists and delivering material impact on uptime.

You will develop asset inventories, define PM strategies, ensure BOM coverage, and craft a criticality-based spare parts plan while collaborating across production, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• Background in industrial or continuous manufacturing (semiconductor, pharma/biotech, chemical, food & beverage, oil & gas/refining, paper, or similar high-uptime environments)
• Experience building or maturing a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program across varied asset types
• Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or criticality analysis to prioritize assets/parts
• Hands-on experience building or cleaning up asset hierarchies and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Experience developing a spare parts strategy based on criticality, not just cataloging existing stock
• Comfort working in a CMMS (such as SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, UpKeep, eMaintenance)

Responsibilities

• Build a complete asset inventory/hierarchy across production equipment types
• Define and implement PM strategies per asset type
• Achieve 100% BOM coverage across asset types
• Design a criticality-based spare parts strategy to close gaps
• Partner with production, engineering, and operations to validate asset data and prioritize impact
