Arkema Beaumont Plant is seeking a full-time, onsite Reliability Engineer to drive the performance and reliability of critical rotating equipment in a chemical manufacturing setting. You will work with Maintenance, Operations, and site teams to troubleshoot issues, strengthen predictive maintenance, and implement long-term reliability improvements.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of vibration analysis, lubrication, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance tools.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor rotating equipment health through vibration analysis, oil analysis, inspections, and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
- Drive RCA, FMEA, PM optimization, and equipment reliability improvements.
- Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, turnarounds, and emergent maintenance needs.
- Maintain equipment and reliability data in SAP and coordinate with vendors as needed.
