Job summary

Arkema’s Beaumont Plant is seeking a Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer to drive reliability and performance of critical rotating equipment in a chemical manufacturing environment. You’ll work with Maintenance, Operations, and site teams to troubleshoot issues, strengthen predictive maintenance programs, and advance long-term reliability improvements.

You will monitor equipment health using vibration analysis, oil analysis, and inspections while optimizing PMs and facilitating RCA/FMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, lubrication, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance tools.
• SAP or CMMS experience preferred.
• Reliability certifications such as Vibration Cat I, MLT I, or CMRP/T are a plus.

Responsibilities
