Arkema Beaumont Plant is seeking a full-time, onsite Reliability Engineer to drive the performance and reliability of critical rotating equipment in a chemical manufacturing setting. You will work with Maintenance, Operations, and site teams to troubleshoot issues, strengthen predictive maintenance, and implement long-term reliability improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, lubrication, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor rotating equipment health through vibration analysis, oil analysis, inspections, and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Drive RCA, FMEA, PM optimization, and equipment reliability improvements.
• Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, turnarounds, and emergent maintenance needs.
• Maintain equipment and reliability data in SAP and coordinate with vendors as needed.

You’ll work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and site teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, strengthen predictive maintenance programs, and drive long-term reliability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor rotating equipment health through vibration analysis, oil analysis, inspections, and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Drive RCA, FMEA, PM optimization, and equipment reliability improvements.
• Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, turnarounds, and emergent maintenance needs.
• Maintain equipment and reliability data in SAP and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis, lubrication, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance tools.
• SAP or similar CMMS experience preferred.
• Reliability certifications such as Vibration Cat I, MLT I, or CMRP/T are a plus.
