Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and interviews to obtain demographic and financial information.
• Complete admission/registration and obtain signatures/documentation for billing/insurance.
• Resolve outstanding billing issues and handle end-of-day dispositions with statistics.
• Answer incoming calls and greet patients; act as liaison between patients, nurses, physicians, and staff.
• Process referral requests for providers and obtain referral/authorization numbers when needed.
