Cura is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join the healthcare team at Benedictine New Brighton (Innsbruck site listed in posting). The RD will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support quality of life for patients/residents.

The role requires passing the CDR exam or eligibility, ongoing CE hours, and state licensure. Knowledge of regulatory standards and the ability to educate others on nutrition are essential.

Qualificações

• Registered Dietitian with licensure or eligibility per state requirements.
• Maintains 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR.
• Familiar with regulations for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.
• Ability to educate others on nutrition and dietetics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field

Experience in healthcare or long-term care

Licensed or certified per state requirements
