Job summary

Benedictine New Brighton - Innsbruck is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our healthcare team. You will identify and assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and improve quality of life for patients/residents in a hospital/long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include delivering nutrition expertise to the care team, educating residents and staff, and ensuring compliance with nutrition standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with license or eligibility per state requirements.
• Knowledge of nutrition regulation and care planning standards.
• Ability to educate patients, residents, and staff on nutrition.
• Experience teaching others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to develop dining and nutrition procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and continuous review.
