Cura-Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian for Benedictine New Brighton - Innsbruck in New Brighton, MN. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support quality of life for residents.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position onsite with benefits. The role partners with the healthcare team to educate staff and residents, adhering to standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Passed the national examination (CDR) or eligible per Academy requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsabilités

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining and nutrition.
• Participate in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
