Vesuvius is seeking a Raw Material Controller to coordinate the flow of materials between suppliers and maintain computerized records of movements. You will estimate material quantities for mix orders and create production schedules with the production manager to ensure timely production.

The role requires experience with production ordering, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Excel, and involves collaborating with plants, vendors, and drivers to optimize inventory and logistics on a global scale.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) and Microsoft Excel.
• Substantial history working with production related ordering.

• Coordinate the flow of materials between suppliers and maintain computerized records.
• Estimate raw material quantities for mix orders and create production schedules with the production manager.
• Manage inventory levels, including overseas materials, and work towards Just-In-Time delivery.
