Qualifications

• On-site leadership over maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Evaluate repair vs replacement needs and plan materials.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, overhauls, and equipment replacement.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance activities for assigned craft.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies for employees.
• Analyze work requests for manpower and materials.
• Determine needs for materials, stock, and services.
• Counsel and develop maintenance hourly employees.
• Coordinate turnaround work and attend daily meetings.
• Lead toolbox safety meetings and communicate policy changes.
• Oversee equipment reliability and cost-efficient solutions.
• Maintain SAP-based equipment history and parts listings.
• Prepare monthly I&E activity reports for management.
