Job summary

Sentar seeks a Red Team Adversary Emulation Tech Lead in Quantico, VA to plan and execute long-term, intel-driven PCO adversary emulation as a Tech Lead. You will guide a team through OT/IT assessments, APT-style testing, and course objectives while coordinating with defense engineers to improve detection and response.

Required 5+ years in cybersecurity with MITRE ATT&CK familiarity, Windows/Linux expertise, and DoD 8570 certifications. TS/SCI eligibility preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience including Red Team, penetration testing, vulnerability research, security engineering, or incident response.
• Familiarity with offensive security tooling and MITRE ATT&CK adversary emulation.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and Active Directory.
• Experience with planning and executing adversary emulation operations in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Red Team PCO Adversary Emulation as Tech Lead.
• Perform OT/IT vulnerability assessments and APT-style assessments.
• Support exercise objectives and RTOC training activities.
• Develop and refine exploits and techniques to test defenses.
• Produce detailed findings and remediation recommendations.
