Job summary

Sentar seeks a Red Team Adversary Emulation Tech Lead in Quantico, VA, to lead PCO emulation across OT/IT domains. You will direct red team exercises, develop exploits, and produce actionable findings for improving defensive capabilities.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, DoD 8570 certifications, and a track record in advanced cyber operations. On-site work in Quantico with possible travel and a strong emphasis on collaboration and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with red team/pen testing focus.
• Familiarity with offensive security tooling (Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Kali).
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and adversary-emulation methodologies.
• Understanding of Windows/Linux, networking, and AD/enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Red Team PCO Adversary Emulation as Tech Lead.
• Identify and exploit OT/IT vulnerabilities and perform APT-style assessments.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with defense and engineering teams to improve detections and responses.
