Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks a Red Team Adversary Emulation Tech Lead to join its NSA/USCYBERCOM-certified DoD Red Team based in Quantico, VA.

You will plan, conduct, and lead persistent cyber operations emulating advanced threat actors across OT, IT, and cloud environments. The role requires TS/SCI, 5+ years of red team experience, and DoD 8570 IAT III/CSSP certifications, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI eligibility required.
• 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification required.
• Windows/Linux understanding and AD basics.
• Must pass RTOC RTCP on first attempt.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Red Team PCO Adversary Emulation as Tech Lead.
• Conduct OT/IT vulnerability assessments and APT testing.
• Develop and refine proof‑of‑concept exploits and techniques.
• Produce detailed technical findings and remediation recommendations.
• Prepare course materials and support CSSP accreditation.
• Onsite Mon‑Fri at Quantico, travel as needed.
