Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Security Engineer (Offensive) to lead Red Team Adversary Emulation initiatives in Quantico, VA.

The role focuses on plan, execution, and persistence emulation across enterprise and cloud environments, including OT/IT testing and offensive operations. The candidate will coordinate with DoD-certified teams, pass the RTCP course, and contribute to course materials.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI eligibility.
• 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level III certifications: SecurityX (CASP+), CISSP, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
• Maintain DoD 8570 CSSP Auditor certifications: CySA+, CEH, CISA, GSNA, CFR, PenTest.
• Maintain DoD 8140 DCWF 541 certifications: CySA+, SecurityX (CASP+), CISM, CISA, CISSP, CFR, GPEN, GSNA.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and AD.
• Must pass RTOC RTCP level upon placement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct Red Team PCO Adversary Emulation as Tech Lead.
• Conduct long-term persistence emulation of an APT.
• Plan and execute no-notice and cooperative Red Team operations.
• Identify and exploit network, host, and application vulnerabilities.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and testing techniques.
• Produce detailed findings and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with defensive and engineering teams to improve detection and response.
