Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Candidate Specialist to act as the first touch in our recruiting process. You will screen inbound applications, host onsite candidates, and share SpaceX’s story. You will evolve into identifying passive talent for high-priority requisitions.

You will manage interview logistics, partner with recruiters, and drive program management to improve hiring efficiency in the core area of focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility tours and company overview to candidates.
• Coordinate onsite interview logistics between recruiters, coordinators and hiring team.
• Learn SpaceX programs to discuss with candidates and clients.
• Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.
