Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter for our Product team, based onsite at our San Mateo HQ. You will build and scale a high-caliber recruiting function and partner with hiring managers, executives, and contributors to shape product talent.

In a decentralized model, you will drive proactive sourcing, develop a nuanced understanding of team dynamics, and craft competitive offers while ensuring a diverse, world-class product organization.

About the Role

Staff Technical Recruiter for our Product team where you will build the team that shapes the company’s products. Working in a decentralized recruiting model, you will embed with the Product organization to partner with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. You will develop a nuanced understanding of team dynamics and master the competitive landscape for Product Management. You will drive proactive sourcing strategies to recruit for a diverse range of critical positions across the organization.

We are committed to an in-office culture. This role requires you to work onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and close top candidates.
• Partner closely with the Product leadership team, with weekly engagement from SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors to collaboratively build the team.
• Improve hiring processes as we scale.

Annual Pay Range

Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees in this position is $175,000 - $215,000 USD, comprised of base salary and commissions (if applicable).
