Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to support skilled trades and manufacturing roles directly from the Olive Branch, MS location. This hands-on, on-site position focuses on building strong pipelines, engaging candidates, and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.

You will source and screen candidates, manage communications with urgency, assist with onboarding and compliance, and collaborate with client stakeholders to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades environments.
• Strong communication and sourcing skills, especially in high-volume settings.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently at a client site.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet performance KPIs.
• Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for high-volume requisitions.
• Cold-call and network to build strong pipelines of qualified talent.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications with urgency and professionalism.
• Support onboarding and compliance processes for new hires.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to meet staffing goals.
• Assist in launching and recruiting for our Outsourcing team once active on-site.
