Regal Rexnord is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production roles at the Radford, Virginia site. The role partners with operations and HR leaders to build reliable talent pipelines and fill critical openings.

The ideal candidate will bring strong high-volume recruiting capability, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset. This onsite role supports workforce stability and scalable hiring practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience in high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, MS Office, and recruiting reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production roles.
• Partner with supervisors, operations, and HR to translate workforce plans into hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via job boards, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Develop sourcing strategies to improve applicant flow and quality.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment steps, and onboarding handoffs.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on time-to-fill and 90-day retention.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
