This role requires a High School Diploma, 1+ year claims or collections experience, strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, and availability to work 7:55 AM–4:25 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite at 12 Cadillac Dr, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of claims, collections, billing, or handling overdue payments.
• 1+ years of customer service with solving customer problems.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from providers or make outbound calls to discuss and resolve overpayments (majority on phones).
• Provide claims expertise by reviewing, researching, negotiating, and resolving claims for health plans, commercial customers, and government entities.
• Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate professionally with providers to ensure needs are met and recoveries are timely.
• Escalate recovery efforts as needed to progress and resolve cases.
• Analyze trends and provide updates to clients as necessary.
• Comply with state and federal policies, reimbursement policies, and contracts.
