Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) in Riverside, CA is seeking a Receiving Inspector (Temp to Hire) to verify incoming materials meet quality requirements. You will apply GD&T, inspect harnesses and assemblies, and coordinate with suppliers on corrective actions.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing quality inspection, high attention to detail, and strong documentation skills. Onsite, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities at ENC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on GD&T interpretation and engineering drawing reading.
• Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 inspection criteria.
• Experience with nonconformance reporting, MRB and supplier corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and documentation inspections of incoming materials and assemblies.
• Apply GD&T per drawings and specifications.
• Inspect wire harnesses and electrical assemblies per IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Verify certifications, test reports, and traceability against orders.
• Document NCRs, participate in MRB, and support SCAR actions.
• Maintain inspection records and calibration/traceability documentation.
• Support internal and supplier audits and root-cause analysis.
