Job summary

Integra Investments in Miami is seeking a Project Accountant to manage the financials of allocated real estate projects. This on-site role involves maintaining ledgers, preparing monthly statements, and tracking budgets and draws.

You will collaborate with project managers, asset managers, and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and strict internal controls. A CPA or progress toward certification is a plus, with strong real estate experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong project full cycle accounting and general ledger skills for real estate projects.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel for analysis.
• SAGE Intacct or other accounting software experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Experience in real estate development, property management, or construction accounting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project-specific general ledgers and monthly financial statements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost allocations across projects.
• Process invoices and track vendor payments; manage draw requests.
• Support loan and equity funding activities and reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers, asset managers, and external partners.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Assist audits, cash flow analysis, and process-improvement initiatives across projects.
