VIP Executive Search partners with a real estate development organization in Downtown Miami to recruit an experienced Project Accountant – Development / Real Estate. You will oversee project financials, review contractor payments, manage loan draws, and support month-end close with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of full-cycle accounting, strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and experience in construction or

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with loan draws, job costing, and reconciliations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Sage Intacct experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Project Accounting: Monitor project financial performance and review contractor payment applications, subcontractor invoices, and lien waivers.
• Construction Loan Draws: Prepare and submit loan draw packages, coordinate with lenders, and manage funding and payments.

Location: Downtown Miami, FL

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 Base + Up to 10% Annual Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW

VIP Executive Search is partnering with an established and growing real estate development organization in Downtown Miami to recruit an experienced Project Accountant – Development / Real Estate.

This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with experience in construction or real estate development who enjoys managing project finances, analyzing financial performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Accounting: Monitor project financial performance and review contractor payment applications, subcontractor invoices, and lien waivers.
