Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA-based support to students with IEPs in school settings under LBA supervision. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, collect data, support routines, and collaborate with teachers and specialists to promote academic, social, and behavioral success across Hawaii.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree or higher and an active RBT certification with BACB.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA strategies and behavior intervention techniques.
• Strong empathy and understanding of developmental stages and student behavioral needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational and behavioral support teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and data collection skills.
• Ability to physically support students and participate in active classroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement student IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA strategies with fidelity.
• Assist teachers and collaborate with educational and behavioral teams to support classroom and school routines.
• Provide one-to-one behavioral support services to students in educational settings.
• Accurately collect, graph, and maintain student behavioral data.
• Attend and participate in supervision sessions to maintain BACB compliance requirements.
• Support students in achieving behavioral, social, and educational goals.
