Job summary

ABA Classroom in Lahaina is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children and youth with autism under BCBA supervision. You will apply Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching, document meaningful data, and follow individualized treatment plans.

The clinic emphasizes mentorship, coaching, and professional growth within a supportive team. Ideal candidates hold a current RBT credential, are 18+, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Current RBT credential.
Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass required background checks.
NPI number or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

RBTs work 1:1 with children and youth with autism under BCBA supervision.
Strengthen clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing coaching.
