Job summary

Pediatric Therapies Hawai'i is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our Maui-area practice. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement ABA plans and provide direct therapy to children, with a schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

The role emphasizes play-based ABA strategies, data collection, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote child development and functional skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required to qualify for the role.
• Experience working with children or in pediatric therapy settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential to collaborate with BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBA-supervised behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in various settings (home, school, clinic).
• Accurately collect and record client progress and behavior data.
• Use positive reinforcement and ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions with families and colleagues.
