Job summary

Applied ABC partners with the Hawaii Department of Education to deliver RBT services in school-based settings across Hawaii. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing ABA-based plans, collecting data, and supporting student growth in classroom environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based intervention plans and behavior programs as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one and small-group behavioral support.
• Collect accurate, real-time behavioral data during every session.
• Support skill development in communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and academic areas.
• Maintain professional conduct consistent with the BACB RBT Ethics Code.
• Communicate student progress and session observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in required supervision activities in accordance with BACB requirements.
