Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Office Engineer for on-site work with our client in Los Angeles, supporting rail construction programs. You will coordinate document approvals, manage change control, and maintain distribution lists to ensure smooth execution of complex projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in rail construction and 3+ years as an Office Engineer, with a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, and proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of rail construction project experience including turning out turnouts, automated switches, and activated rail terminals.
• Approximately three (3) years as Office Engineer on large heavy construction projects or similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the approval process for documents and contract changes.
• Manage and maintain the Document Control/Change Control process for all project documents.
• Maintain controlled distribution lists.
• Provide technical support to Construction Manager.
• Record and compile review comments and data.
• Coordinate services with outside agencies.
• Prepare project closeout documentation.
• Attend project meetings, write agendas and minutes, and maintain an expediting log.
