Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join our onsite research team in Milwaukee. You will collaborate with a Principal Research Consultant to design, implement, and analyze quantitative studies, build models, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

You will work with advanced statistical methods, clean data, backtest ideas, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience conducting quantitative research and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Research Consultant to design, develop, implement, and analyze quantitative research projects
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models and data analysis techniques to complex datasets
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and optimize processes.
• Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and backtesting of research ideas.
• Interpret results and present actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats
• Manage data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure data integrity
• Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging methodologies, and relevant technologies
• Document methodologies, results, and project progress clearly and effectively.
• Contribute to research publications, reports, and presentations
