Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Proven experience conducting quantitative research and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with statistical software (R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible, fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Research Consultant to design, develop, implement, and analyze quantitative research projects.
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models and data analysis techniques to complex datasets.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and optimize processes.
• Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and backtesting of research ideas.
• Interpret results and present actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats.
• Manage data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging methodologies, and relevant technologies.
• Document methodologies, results, and project progress clearly and effectively.
• Contribute to research publications, reports, and presentations
