Job summary

healthbay is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join a dynamic research team onsite in a contract role. You will work closely with a Principal Research Consultant to design and implement quantitative studies, apply statistical models, and deliver actionable insights.

Flexible hours, weekly pay, and direct mentorship are offered. Responsibilities include developing models, analyzing large datasets, validating results, and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders in clear formats.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, CS, or related field.
• Proven experience in quantitative research and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and analyze quantitative research projects with the Principal Research Consultant.
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to complex datasets.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and optimize processes.
• Perform statistical analyses, hypothesis testing, and backtesting of ideas.
• Present findings to stakeholders in clear formats and document progress.
