Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, CS or related field.
• Proven experience conducting quantitative research and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with statistical software (R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal Research Consultant to design, develop, implement, and analyze quantitative research projects
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models and data analysis techniques to complex datasets
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and optimize processes.
• Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and backtesting of research ideas.
• Interpret results and present actionable findings to stakeholders
• Manage data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure data integrity
• Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging methodologies
• Document methodologies, results, and progress clearly
• Contribute to research publications, reports, and presentations
