Responsibilities

Lead and participate in internal and external audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Develop, implement, and maintain CAPA systems.
Conduct FMEA to identify and mitigate risks.
Develop quality plans, control plans, and inspection processes.
Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
Prepare work instructions and SOPs.
Lead quality improvement initiatives using quality tools.
Mentor junior quality engineers and production staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives.
Monitor quality data and report performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
