Responsibilities

• Drive continuous quality and process improvements across all shifts, ensuring standardized practices and sustainable performance.
• Support quoting activities by participating in early design, development and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and input to inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Contribute to global training programs by developing and delivering training sessions for applicable functions.
• Develop systems for document storage, access and review for global customer accounts.
• Review discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions and their effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation files and develop systems for storage and access.
