Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in internal and external audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CAPA systems.
• Conduct and facilitate FMEA to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and execute quality planning strategies including control plans and inspection processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and approve work instructions to ensure consistent procedures.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using established quality tools.
• Mentor junior quality engineers and production personnel.
• Manage quality-related aspects of the company’s risk management framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Report on quality performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support ongoing operational excellence initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
