Dauch is seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to join our team in Mebane, NC. This fully onsite role focuses on serving as the customer’s main contact for quality requirements and driving improvement plans.

You will work across locations and functions to align quality initiatives with the voice of the customer, manage customer data, and support continual quality enhancements across products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3+ years of automotive quality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer contact for quality requirements and maintain customer-specific systems.
• Develop plans to improve quality performance aligned with customer needs.
• Lead problem-solving and escalation using quality methodologies.
• Monitor and report on customer quality metrics and performance data.
