Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Quality control/Data Entry Specialist for a 12+ month contract position in Beaverton, OR. This onsite role pays $18–$21 per hour on W2 All Incl. You will perform quality control checks, data entry, and ensure materials meet standards in a fast-paced environment.

Required: high school diploma or GED, experience in quality control or data entry, and strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Data Entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to balance/reconcile transactions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on printed documents and materials.
• Verify print quality, document counts, specifications, and job requirements.
• Perform accurate data entry and reconcile transaction/document counts.
• Review work orders and ensure materials meet established quality standards and SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents.
• Communicate issues and discrepancies to supervisors and relevant teams.
• Support a fast-paced production and mail processing environment.
