Haskell is seeking a Quality Specialist to serve as the onsite QA representative, protecting design intent and long-term facility performance. You will drive the QIP, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and lead QA inspections across design, construction, and closeout phases on projects nationwide, including this Shreveport, LA assignment.

Strong communication and BIM/reporting skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma with 0–2 years of relevant experience; or 2–4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a high school diploma.
• Experience reading construction documents and technical reports; BIM tools familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates a Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) for each assigned project.
• Leads design quality kick-off meetings and ensures 30% and 100% design reviews are completed and signed.
• Oversees QA/QC in construction, including weld inspections and material verification.
• Finalizes quality risk mitigation plans and ensures site QA observations are completed.
• Conducts QA inspections, documents deficiencies, and tracks corrective actions.
• Prepares and distributes lessons learned and final QIP reports.
