Haskell is seeking a Quality Specialist to serve as the onsite QA representative, protecting design intent and long-term facility performance. You will drive the QIP, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and lead QA inspections across design, construction, and closeout phases on projects nationwide, including this Shreveport, LA assignment.
Strong communication and BIM/reporting skills are essential.

The Quality Specialist serves as Haskell's onsite technical quality representative responsible for protecting design intent, construction quality, client confidence, and long - term facility performance throughout the project lifecycle. Working alongside project leadership, craft professionals, design teams, subcontractors, and owners, this role drives implementation of the Quality Implementation Plan (QIP), verifies execution of critical work activities, identifies project risks before they become failures, and promotes a culture where quality is planned —not inspected into the work. This position promotes the use of materials, finishes, systems, and details that demonstrate excellent long - term quality performance and supports the organization’s commitment to “Quality Brand Protection.”
Initiates a Quality Implementation Plan (QIP) for each assigned project.
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
