CLEAResult is seeking a QA&QC Specialist to act as the local on-site program representative for residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct audits, verify installations, and gather data within a defined territory.

The role supports Account Managers, provides technical advice, and troubleshoots issues. Travel is required to cover the territory and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC processes and on-site field verifications.
• Ability to provide technical guidance on installation, configuration or enhancement per client specs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits on-site.
• Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installations per client specifications.
• Communicate project scope, planning and product effectiveness to program staff.
• Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues.
