Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to act as the local on-site program representative for residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, perform energy efficiency (re)audits, and collect data through a defined territory while supporting Account Managers.

The right candidate has 4–8 years of experience, a high school diploma or associate degree with relevant certifications, and will provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training in accordance with client

Qualifications

Conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits (on-site verifications and electronic review of field data).
Provide technical advice and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement per client specs.
Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope and effectiveness.
Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
Travel throughout a defined territory.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site QA reviews and residential energy audits (on-site verifications and data review).

Update program staff on project scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues observed in the field.
