Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Residential QA&QC Specialist based in Bohemia, NY. The role acts as the local on-site program representative to residential customers, installing energy-efficient equipment and conducting energy efficiency audits, with pre- and post-installation verifications across a defined territory.

Responsibilities include providing technical guidance on installations per client specs, supporting Account Managers, and troubleshooting issues. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in energy/QA roles or related field.
• Preference for high school or associate degree with industry certifications/training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy efficiency on-site verifications and residential audits.
• Provide technical guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancements per client specs.
• Support Account Managers to influence stakeholders for retrofits or new construction.
• Travel throughout a defined territory and maintain on-site presence with customers.
