Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a QA&QC Specialist to act as the on-site company representative to residential customers. You will install energy-efficient equipment, conduct audits, perform verifications, and gather technical data across a defined territory.

You will support Account Managers in influencing stakeholders to install retrofits or new construction. Join an energetic team focused on resourcefulness, resilience, and kindness, where you provide guidance on installation and configuration,

Qualifications

Quality assurance reviews and energy audits are part of the role.
Provide technical guidance on installation and configuration per client specs.
Travel within defined territory to perform on-site verifications.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits (on-site verifications and electronic review of field data).
Provide technical advice and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement per client specs.
Provide status updates to program staff on scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
Offer technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
Travel throughout a defined territory.
