Job summary

KALCON is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control programs across complex, mission-critical construction projects, focusing on Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to implement structured QC processes and ensure client expectations are met.

This onsite, full-time role requires a BS in Construction Management or equivalent, strong Civil/Structural QAQC background, experience with data centers, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or similar field expected.
• Strong Civil and Structural QAQC background required.
• Experience with Data Center or mission-critical construction preferred.
• Familiar with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs and coordinate with Site Operations at kickoff.
• Lead daily QC huddles to review activities and reinforce quality.
• Mentor QC Associates and site operations team for consistent quality execution.
• Audit and track QC documentation including third-party inspections and test reports.
