Maximus is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager for a Medicaid Eligibility program, onsite in Topeka, KS. You will lead the QA function, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations to meet client expectations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 5+ years of QA experience, with proficiency in surveys, quality tools, and CRM platforms. This role requires onsite work in Topeka and contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5+ years of professional QA experience.
• Experience designing, implementing and reporting customer satisfaction surveys.
• Experience with standardized quality tools and processes.
• Experience with call and voice monitoring platforms.
• Experience with large-scale telephony systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms and contract compliance.
• Ability to work onsite in Topeka, KS and support contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the QA department.
• Manage an effective QA program to monitor and resolve issues.
• Supervise policy/procedure development and updates.
• Provide training to project personnel on relevant programs and resources.
• Arrange staff training and ensure it meets corporate requirements.
• Provide leadership updates on quality, operations, and policy issues.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives across processes and customer service.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly status reports for leadership and the Department.
