You will oversee daily onsite operations, serve as the main contact for tenants and owners, coordinate showings and inspections, and collaborate with the internal team to uphold property standards and service levels.

Qualifications

• Active Property Management License is required.
• Experience with property management software is helpful; AppFolio experience is a plus.
• Willing/able to use a personal vehicle for showings and inspections (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day onsite operations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and external owners.
• Coordinate and support showings and property inspections.
• Partner closely with internal team members to maintain strong service, communication, and property standards.
• Track and support performance goals tied to occupancy and rent delinquency.
