Find Great People | FGP is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~200 multifamily units in Spartanburg, SC. This role offers substantial responsibility for operations, resident satisfaction, and financial performance, with autonomy to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily property management, solid budgeting, and hands-on Yardi experience. You will manage leases, budgets, and reporting while coordinating maintenance and vendor relationships.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience managing residential properties and resident relations.
• Strong budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi property management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several properties.
• Familiarity with leasing practices and landlord-tenant regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of multiple multifamily properties totaling ~200 units.
• Manage leasing activities: marketing vacancies, tours, applications, and leases.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and ensure a positive living experience.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, renewals, inspections, and communications.
• Maintain high occupancy through retention and leasing strategies.
• Manage rent collections, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Prepare Budgets and monitor expenses; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Use property management software to maintain records and data.
• Coordinate maintenance and oversee vendors/contractors.
