Real Property Management Vesta is seeking an on-site Property Manager to lead two loft apartment communities in Macon, including the new 7th Street Lofts development. You will own the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease, converting prospects into move-ins while meeting occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, and focused on leasing targets. They will maintain smooth day-to-day operations as occupancy grows, with compensation tied to leasing performance.

• Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
• Confident, outgoing with strong closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive lease-up to meet occupancy goals and deadlines.
• Respond quickly to every lead and follow up persistently with prospects.
• Schedule and conduct engaging property tours that highlight each community’s features.
• Process rental applications and send lease agreements to qualified applicants.
• Track leads, tours, conversions, and leasing metrics, and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and vendor services.
• Collect monthly rent and follow up with delinquent residents.
