Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager for our Los Angeles area properties. The role directs operations, optimizes ROI for owners, and ensures a quality living environment for residents.

Requirements include 1+ year as Community Manager of 100+ units, residency onsite, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background/physical/drug screenings.

Salary Range: $16.90 To $23.00 Hourly

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time onsite Community Manager.

Job Summary:

The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.

Community Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a Community Manager of at least 100
• Required to live onsite
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability
• B ilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
