Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of onsite property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. A flexible schedule, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs.
